Interview with Dr. Robert Smith conducted for America's War on Poverty, which was broadcast on PBS in 1995.  Discussion centers on providing health care to participants of the Child Development Group of Mississippi (CDGM), as part of the Head Start program.  Please note:  Videos require Flash to play.
