Interview with William Winter conducted for America's War on Poverty, which was broadcast on PBS in 1995.  Discussion centers on the differences between Child Development Group of Mississippi (CDGM) and Mississippi Action for Progress (MAP), which received his support as a Treasurer of Mississippi.
